Cheap can cost you a fine
If you pay someone to take your waste away and it turns up fly-tipped in a lane, the liability can come back to you as the person who produced it. Councils do trace it, and they do issue fixed penalties of up to £600 for homeowners.
The only protection is using a carrier registered with the Environment Agency who gives you a waste transfer note. We give you one on every job, whether you asked for it or not.
